5 Year-3 Level Warranty
Our manufacturers typically provide anywhere between a 3-5 year limited warranty and under normal circumstances, in the rare case of a product failure, the customer would have to work with the manufacturer to navigate the painful claims process. LED Savings Solutions has mitigated this problem by offering a Comprehensive 5 Year 3-Level Warranty on all products!
You can rest assured that this warranty will hold true because of the three different levels of protection offered:
- Attic Stock: All large orders will include an additional 1% attic stock to be used as a means to quickly replace faulty products.
- Manufacturer Warranty: In most cases, an established manufacturer of LED products is standing behind the warranty
- GREENandSAVE Warranty: If the warranty cannot be claimed through the manufacturer, GREENandSAVE, the parent company of LSS, will step in and service the claim
