The first step to saving money, energy, and the environment with LED Lighting is to sign up for a LIGHTING AUDIT. One of our Account Managers will work with your existing lighting schedules and reflected ceiling plans or come to your facility as necessary to determine how much you are spending on lighting now, how much you can save, and which financing option would best match your needs.

We identify the run time in daily and weekly hours of each area of the building as well as the wattage and other key lighting details to provide you with a SAVINGS REPORT. These reports are the road map to savings and include factors such as reduction in operating maintenance costs and air conditioning loads over the life of the bulbs.

Our custom software also factors in the tax incentives and carbon offset advantages for your review. In most cases the SAVINGS REPORT includes multiple Phases that identify the different property areas and the respective payback structures. In this sense we act as 'Energy Detectives' to find the areas where you will benefit most from an LED retrofit. Phase 1 typically has the fastest payback and serves as the catalyst to move forward with an installation.
