	MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY Park Potomac Place in Montgomery County, MD includes, "Potomac's only luxury high-rise condominium." LED Saving Solutions began with the exterior landscape lighting, interior decorative lighting and spotlights that illuminate the entrance of the units. We are working towards Phase II, which may include the energy saving LEDs for the parking garages.
	COMMERCIAL OFFICE – REAL ESTATE Brandywine Realty Trust is one of the largest, publicly traded (NYSE:BDN), full-service, integrated real estate companies in the United States. Brandywine operates as a real estate investment trust and owns, develops and manages a primarily Class-A suburban and urban office portfolio. Brandywine is headquartered in Radnor, PA and maintains regional operations in Pennsylvania, Metro DC, New Jersey, Richmond, Delaware, Texas, Northern California, and Southern California. At a test site, Brandywine Realty Trust replaced each 50W halogen lamp (4 per elevator) with a 6W LED lamp, which resulted in nearly a 90% reduction in electricity usage while improving light levels. 	COMMERCIAL OFFICE - FINANCE Bryn Mawr Trust has focused on helping individuals, families, businesses and organizations create, manage, preserve and transfer wealth since 1889. When LED Saving Solutions presented the Return On Investment (ROI) Savings Report after the lighting audit, the bank saw the value of the investment. To get started, they ordered the LED lamps for the first three of their 16 branch offices in Greater Philadelphia.
	EDUCATION - UNIVERSITY Thomas Jefferson University was established in 1824 in Philadelphia, PA. Given the 24/7 security and operation of its parking garage, they have embraced LED lighting and purchased the Phase 1 retrofit through LED Saving Solutions.

	COMMERCIAL - TEXTILE DESIGN Designtex is a global resource for applied surface knowledge, innovation and sustainability. Designtex was established in 1961 and is now a Steelcase company. For their New York facility, they chose LED lighting as the means to both reduce operating costs and help reach their carbon neutral goals. 	SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUBS Merion Cricket Club is a private family club in Haverford, Pennsylvania, founded in 1865. The club offers tennis, squash, fine dining, and social activities. The current clubhouse was designed by celebrated architect Frank Furness. LED Saving Solutions developed the 'one-year' payback strategy and retrofitted the interior lighting to significantly reduce the operating cost of the incandescent and halogen lighting all while maintaining the traditional aesthetics.
	COMMERCIAL - OFFICE Walsh & Nicholson Financial Group is an independent financial services firm located in Wayne, Pennsylvania offering a full range of financial planning options for individuals, the small to mid size business owner as well as self employed professionals since 1991. They turned to LED Saving Solutions to provide the lighting audit, savings reports, and complete LED retrofit of their corporate offices.
	MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL Marquette Management, Inc. currently manages 29 separate apartment communities comprising of approximately 9,000 units across MI, IL, IN, KS, & TX. LED Saving Solutions has begun by retrofiting key portions of 'The Towers at Four Lakes' in Lisle, IL. The forward thinking management company sees the advantages of saving on the labor to replace traditional tubes as well as the kWh savings.
	INDEPENDENT RETAIL Braxton's Animal Works is a 70 year old retailer and pet center totaling over 9,000 sq. ft. that has been family owned and operated for three generations. When they wanted to reduce their electricity bill in anticipation of their utility company's scheduled de-regulation, LED Saving Solutions provided the lighting, audits and store-wide retrofit to reduce the cost of their electricity on lighting by more than 80%. 	EDUCATION – PK through 12th Grade Episcopal Academy is one of America's oldest preparatory schools, located on Philadelphia's Main Line. In the year that EA celebrated its 225th anniversary, the school also wanted to improve the lighting in the Athletic Honor Hall. LED Saving Solutions created custom LED MR-16 pendant fixtures and installed the LED PAR 38s to elevate the overall area lighting, display plaques, and the trophy cases.
	EDUCATION - K through 8th Grade St. Aloysius Academy is a private, Catholic elementary school established in 1895 for boys K to 8. The LED retrofit includes hallways and classrooms, plus a summer 2010 installation of LED High Bays to further reduce the operating cost. Starting in fall 2010, the school's “Greenfest” promotes Energy Efficiency for students, faculty, and parents.
	INDUSTRIAL – MANUFACTURING Supply One has grown since 1998 to create a national network of premier packaging manufacturers and distributors. To reduce the operating costs and the carbon footprint of their facilities they have embraced LED lighting, starting with the first property in Reading, Pennsylvania.
	NON PROFIT Global Green USA was founded in 1994 by activist and philanthropist Diane Meyer Simon. It is the American Arm of Green Cross International (GCI), which was created by President Mikhail S. Gorbachev. When they wanted to feature LED lighting at their signature PRE-OSCAR PARTY™ in Los Angeles, LED Saving Solutions provided the LED lighting for the 7th Annual celebrity event on March 3rd 2010.
